For all deliveries of www.monacobavaria.de to consumers (§ 13 BGB), these terms and conditions (AGB). Consumer means any natural person who enters into a transaction for a purpose that is neither commercial nor their independent vocational activity may be attributed.

The purchase comes with MONACO DI BAVARIA, sole proprietorship, owner Dennis Riebe, Wiegenfeldring 4, 85570 Markt Schwaben near Munich. 3.1 The presentation of products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.
3.2 By clicking the 'Purchase' button in the last step of the ordering process enter a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery takes place within Germany with DHL.
5.2 The delivery time within Germany is 5 days. On any different delivery times, we point to the product page.
5.3 Please note that for each country individually, all import taxes, customs fees and settlement fees charged separately by DHL. For details regarding taxes and fees in your country, please contact DHL. Please note that potential foreign bank charges shall be paid by you.
Customs duties, import sales tax and handling fees are not reimbursed by DHL in the case of a return.
6. Payment
6.1 The payment is either paid in advance by bank transfer and PayPal.
6.2 A right of set off is available only if your claims are legally established in court or are undisputed or acknowledged by us in writing.
6.3 You can create a lien only if the claims from the same contractual relationship.
